Table Registration for KACH Kick-Off: Resource Expo 2024

For everyone else, please check out our public Resource Expo page for more information and don't forget to drop by Church of the Holy Apostles located at 1225 Grand Parkway South, Katy, TX 77494 on April 27, 2024 from 12pm-3pm. 

If you have a business or organization with a program or service for the homeschooling community, then you are invited to exhibit at our KACH Resource Expo 2024!

Exhibiting at our event means you have the potential to reach our membership of over 175 new and veteran homeschooling families in the Katy and surrounding areas as well as the general public. We will also post about your business on our KACH Facebook as well as within our community. 

Event Details:

Place: Church of the Holy Apostles, 1225 Grand Parkway South, Katy, TX 77494 
Date: April 27, 2024
Time: 12 PM - 3 PM
Cost: Before March 30th - $20; After March 30th until event day - $25

As an Exhibitor:

  • A 6ft table with 2 chairs will be set up and provided for you. For additional table space, please register for a second table.
  • You may bring table coverings and/or decorations as well as brochures, registration materials, etc. to hand out to parents.
  • Please restrict decor and displays to what can fit within your table space. 
  • Do not bring anything loud or with an amplified sound.

  • Electricity will not be provided. If you bring electronic devices, make sure to charge them in advance.
  • No balloons or peanut products allowed due to allergies.
  • Set-up will be opened at 11 AM. Please arrive no later than 11:45 AM. The doors will be open to the public from 12 - 3 PM.

Vendor Bingo - We will have give aways, gift baskets, t-shirts, etc. as prizes for attendees who complete our vendor bingo. if you would like to contribute an item, please contact us.

Entrance "Swag" Bags - We encourage you to provide inserts to our swag bags handed out at the entrance of the Expo. There is no additional fee for exhibitors with a booth. We would need these at least 2 weeks before Resource Expo starts. Contact events@kachconnect.com for more information.

If you cannot make the event, no problem! For swag bag inserts only, the fee will be $10. Please provide 125 pre-printed flyers, brochures, or other promotional material to be added to our entrance swag bags given to attendants at the door.

This registration is for anyone that provides services for the homeschool community, not products, unless educational in nature. Examples from past events include: sports teams, martial arts studios, scouting groups, science and math leagues, debate clubs, businesses with homeschool programs, etc.
