  If you have a business or organization with a program, product, or service for the homeschooling community of Katy and surrounding areas, then you are invited to exhibit at our Homeschool Resource Expo 2025! Our aim is to connect businesses and organizations that provide services for the homeschooling community with homeschooling families looking for help and support in their educational journeys. If you are unsure if your business or organization qualifies, please contact us.

  Please fill out the Request to Exhibit form to register for the event. After approval, you will be sent an invoice to complete the registration.

  Exhibiting at our event means you have the potential to reach our membership of over 175 new and veteran homeschooling families in the Katy and surrounding areas as well as the general public. We will also post about your business on our KACH Facebook as well as within the KACH community. 

  Event Details:
  

  Place: Church of the Holy Apostles, 1225 Grand Parkway South, Katy, TX 77494 
  Date: 10 April, 2025
  Time: 1 PM - 4 PM
  Cost: Before 13 Mar - $20; After 13 Mar until event day - $25

  As an Exhibitor:
  

  • You will be provided a 6ft table and two chairs. For additional table space, please register for a second table.
  • You may bring table coverings and/or decorations as well as brochures, registration materials, etc. to hand out to parents.
  • Please restrict decor and displays to what can fit within your table space. 

  • Do not bring anything loud or with an amplified sound.

  • Electricity will not be provided. If you bring electronic devices, make sure to charge them in advance.
  • No balloons or peanut products allowed due to allergies.
  • Water bottles are allowed in the exhibition area. Please only consume food or snacks in the lobby area.
  • Set-up will be opened at 12 PM. Please arrive no later than 12:45 PM. The doors will be open to the public from 1 PM - 4 PM.
  • Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring anything else besides table decor.
  • Exhibitors may appoint whomever they feel will best represent their business or organization to attend their table. Please feel free to split the time up between multiple individuals, if needed.
    

  Entrance Bags - Although not required, we encourage exhibitors to provide promotional inserts for guest entrance bags. These may be brochures or small items such as pens, toys, etc. There is no additional fee for exhibitors with a booth. We would need these items at least 1 week before Resource Expo starts. Items will be placed on at our bagging station for event attendees. Contact events@kachconnect.com for more information.

  If you cannot make the event, no problem! For entrance bag inserts only, the fee will be $10. Please provide 125 pre-printed flyers, brochures, or other promotional material to be added to our entrance swag bags given to attendants at the door.
  
  

  This registration is for anyone that provides services for the homeschool community, not products, unless educational in nature. Examples from past events include: sports teams, martial arts studios, scouting groups, science and math leagues, debate clubs, businesses with homeschool programs, etc.

  Bring the kids and enter through the NORTH entrance.

  • Explore booths and connect with businesses and organizations serving the Katy and surround area's homeschool community. 
  • Ask questions and give feedback to exhibitors.
  • Meet other local homeschooling families.
  • Plus, bring your used curriculum for our swaps table!
