Using our payment system does include a small transaction fee. If you would like to avoid the fee, choose "Invoice Me" at the end of your regiestration, and give your cash/check to the Event Leader or a Board member. Checks are to be made out to "KACH" or "Katy Association of Christian Homeschoolers" and can also be mailed to PO Box 6506, Katy TX 77491.
Give/send your payment promptly as we will not be able to include your family in the event until after the check has been processed. If payment is mailed, please send an email to treasurer@kachconnect.com and events@kachconnect.com, so we know to expect the check.
You may also send your payment through Zelle to treasurer@kachconnect.com. Just be sure to add the event name to the note section on Zelle.
You are free to use any of these methods, but KACH prefers cash, check, or Zelle payments simply because credit card payments incur fees. That said, we do ask that you do not use American Express because the fees charged to KACH for this payment type are much higher.
If you have any questions, please email treasurer@kachconnect.com.
"Members of KACH are expected to represent the Katy, Texas, homeschool community in a manner that honors Jesus Christ." At all KACH Events, members and children are expected to others "with respect, courtesy, and love as the Lord instructs us to do when he says, 'Love your neighbor as yourselves.'" -- KACH Policies
Official KACH Events are fundamentally children's events and should not have anyone participating in alcoholic consumption, smoking, or other recreational drug use while at the event.
Note: Member-organized meetups are not official KACH Events.
Adults and youth are expected to dress modestly (in a manner that honors Jesus Chirst) and appropriately for any given activity.
KACH is not liable for injuries incurred while playing at the parks. KACH often meets at public parks, but we are not the only groups attending these parks. Please be respectful of our community-at-large and make sure your children understand and abide by park rules and are not playing with equipment not meant for play (ie. skate park area if not skating/rollerblading/biking). Children are encouraged to bring equipment to play, but should remain directly supervised by their parent/guardian.
When signing up for or attending a KACH event, KACH is not liable for your pet and/or your pet's actions. Pet owners are solely responsible for their own pets and should abide by local laws and rules of the park (i.e. posted leash requirements and picking up after your pet). Additionally, the attending pet should be in the care of an adult at all times.

Parents are expected to accompany their children to all field trips. Children are NOT allowed to be dropped off for a field trip. We recognize that sometimes circumstances require exceptions. Please contact Member Relations for more information & the needed form.
*Registering for an event through the KACH website meets the "Field Trip Form" requirement.
