Vendor Registration for Kick-Off 2021

  • This fee covers your spot for the vendor fair.

For everyone else, please check out our public Kick-Off page for more information and don't forget to drop by Cornerstone Evangelical Presbyterian Church located at 1351 S Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77450 on May 22nd between 12pm-2pm. The event will be held in the gymnasium building located behind the church.


Calling All Vendors!

This “open house” event is your opportunity to introduce yourself and your business to new and veteran homeschoolers in and around the Katy area for the 2021-2022 school year. Exhibiting at our event means you have the potential to reach over 300 homeschooling families in the Katy and surrounding areas. Businesses, organizations, and programs with services for the homeschooling community are invited to exhibit at our Kick-Off Event. 

The event takes place at Cornerstone Evangelical Presbyterian Church located at 1351 S Mason Rd, Katy TX 77450 on May 22nd from 12pm-2pm. Vendors will be allowed to arrive early to set-up at the times listed below.

After paying the $15 table registration fee, as a vendor:

  • You may bring a table that is up to 6ft' in length. We have limited tables available, so plan to bring your own. If you are not able to obtain one, please contact Phyllis Hodges so we can reserve one for you.
  • You may provide a demonstration within your own space. We will also have a demonstration area that is about 20' x 8' if you need more space. The demonstration area will be available for a set time slot. 
  • You may bring table coverings and/or decorations as well as brochures, registration materials, etc. to hand out to parents. 
  • You may bring your own name tag. We will not have name tags this year.
  • We ask that you please refrain from balloons or peanut products in your set up as some may have allergies.
  • Set-up will be opened at 11am. Please arrive no later than 11:45am (You may arrive as early as 10:30am. The members will visit the vendor booths from 12-2pm.
  • If you choose to do hand-outs only, the fee will be $15 if we print 150 copies. Otherwise, it will be $5 for 150 pre-printed materials. 

We have a limited amount of space for businesses and organizations, so reserve your spot now. We will be keeping tables spaced out and have sanitizer/Lysol available. Please take your own cautionary measures and bring your own sanitizer/wipes. If you would like to exhibit your business without participating in-person, please consider the pre-printed materials option.

Remember, this is for vendors that provide services for the homeschool community, not products, unless they are educational in nature. 

Registration will run from Friday, April 16  through Sunday, May 16, or until we are full. The event will be held on May 22, 2021.
